3.2. Placing an order constitutes the Buyer's unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement, including the terms on the processing of the Buyer's Personal Data.

3.4. By placing an Order, the Buyer agrees that the Seller may entrust the performance of the Agreement to a third party while remaining responsible for its performance.

4. Placing an order and order times

4.1. The Buyer places the Order on the Website independently. If the Buyer cannot place the order on the Website, the Buyer may contact a manager and specify the Goods and the preferred terms of purchase.

4.2. Communication between the Buyer and the Seller's managers and other representatives must follow generally accepted moral standards and communication etiquette. Obscene language, abuse, offensive expressions, threats and blackmail are strictly prohibited, regardless of their form and to whom they are addressed.

4.3. When placing an Order, the Buyer must provide the following information:

  • the name (last name, first name) of the Buyer or of the Recipient of the Order (if the Recipient is a person other than the Buyer);
  • contact details (email address and contact phone number);
  • city or town;
  • the delivery method;
  • the delivery address, if the “Courier delivery” method is selected, or the address of the CDEK pickup point;
  • the payment method;
  • at the Seller's request, other information necessary for the Seller to perform its obligations to the Buyer under the Agreement.
  • for Worldwide shipping: the full postal address in Latin characters, including the postal code, and a phone number for the carrier.

4.4. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.

4.5. The Buyer bears full responsibility for providing incorrect information that makes it impossible for the Seller to properly perform its obligations to the Buyer / Recipient of the Order.

4.6. If the Goods ordered by the Buyer are out of stock in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller may remove such Goods from the Order or cancel the Buyer's Order, notifying the Buyer by email at the address the Buyer provided when placing the Order.

4.7. The photographs accompanying the Goods are illustrations only and may differ from the actual appearance of the Goods. The descriptions and characteristics accompanying the Goods do not claim to be exhaustive and may contain typos. To clarify information about the Goods, the Buyer should contact the Seller through the feedback channels listed in the “Contact” section.

4.8. If a fully prepaid Order is canceled, the Seller refunds the cost of the canceled Goods to the Buyer by the method used to pay for the Goods.

4.9. The Seller may change the date of transfer of the Goods unilaterally if there are reasons that the Seller considers objective.

5. Delivery of the Order

5.1. The delivery methods and approximate delivery times of the Goods sold by the Seller are listed on the Website in the “Shipping” section. Specific delivery times may be agreed with the Buyer when the Order is confirmed.

5.2. Delivery is carried out by courier to all cities of Russia and/or worldwide by a carrier. The territory of delivery of the Goods presented on the Website and sold by the Seller is not limited (worldwide) and/or, in exceptional cases, depends on the type of Goods. In exceptional cases, the delivery territory and/or methods are indicated at checkout and/or clarified with the Seller.

Orders to countries outside Russia and the CIS are shipped from Russia by Russian Post (“Worldwide shipping”) at a fixed rate for the Buyer's shipping zone, shown in the cart and at checkout.

5.3. Delivery of the Goods to certain countries may be restricted by the laws of the country of delivery, the rules of individual countries and/or international relations. If delivery of the Goods is restricted, the Goods must be returned to the Seller by an available method, and the money paid for the Goods is refunded within 10 days by the method used to pay for the Goods.

5.4. The Goods may be picked up from any of the Seller's stores in the Russian Federation.

5.5. Together with the Goods, the Seller gives the Buyer a return form with information on the return period.

5.6. The Seller makes every effort to meet the agreed delivery times. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

5.7. Upon delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or to the Recipient of the Order specified in the Order. If these persons cannot receive the Order, it may be handed over to a person who can provide information about the Order (the tracking number and/or the full name of the Consumer).

5.8. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer from the moment the Order is handed over and the Consumer signs the documents confirming delivery of the Order. If the Order is not delivered, the Seller reimburses the Buyer in full for the Order and the delivery paid by the Buyer after receiving confirmation that the Order has been lost.

5.9. The cost of delivering the Order is calculated individually based on the region and the delivery method and is shown at the final stage of checkout on the Website.

For Worldwide shipping, the rate is fixed for each shipping zone and shown in the cart and at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees in the country of destination are not included in the price of the Goods or the shipping cost and are paid by the Recipient.

5.10. The Buyer understands and agrees that delivery is a separate service and is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer. Claims regarding the quality of the purchased Goods that arise after the Goods have been received and paid for are considered in accordance with Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the warranty obligations of the relevant Seller. Accordingly, purchasing Goods with delivery does not entitle the Buyer to demand delivery of the purchased Goods for warranty service or replacement, does not provide for warranty service or replacement of the Goods at the Buyer's location, and does not imply a refund of the delivery cost where the Buyer is entitled to a refund for the Goods as such under Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

5.11. The Seller's obligation to transfer the goods to the Buyer is deemed fulfilled when the carrier hands the Goods over to the Buyer or at a pre-agreed place where the Order is issued (including a pickup point).

5.12. When receiving the Order from the carrier or at a pickup point, the Buyer, after paying for the delivered Goods, must inspect the delivered Goods and open the package in the presence of the carrier's employees to check that the Goods match the stated quantity, assortment and completeness, and must also check that the packaging is intact. If the Buyer has any claims regarding the delivered Goods (missing items, items other than those listed in the shipment inventory, manufacturing defects or other claims), the Buyer draws up a report of the discrepancies found in the presence of the carrier's employees. If the Buyer does not make claims in this manner, the Seller is deemed to have fully and properly performed its obligation to transfer the Goods.

5.13. When returning Goods delivered by a carrier because of claims regarding the Goods, the Buyer must enclose the following documents with an inventory: a refund request; a copy of the discrepancy report; a copy of the payment receipt; the return form; a photograph showing the defect; an expert report (if an examination was carried out).

6. Payment for the Goods

6.1. The price of the Goods sold in the Online Store is indicated in Russian rubles. Payment is made to the accounts specified by the Seller.

For Buyers outside Russia and the CIS, the Website may also show an approximate price in US dollars (marked “≈ $”). It is provided for reference only. The Order is placed and paid in Russian rubles; if the Buyer's card is in another currency, the Buyer's bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge its own fees.

6.2. Prices for the Goods are set by the Seller unilaterally and are indicated on the pages of the Online Store. If the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer is indicated incorrectly, the Seller informs the Buyer so that the Buyer can confirm the Order at the corrected price or cancel it. If the Seller cannot reach the Buyer, the Order is deemed canceled, unless the price of the Goods has been reduced and/or turned out to be lower than indicated on the pages of the Online Store. If the Order has been paid for, the Seller refunds the amount paid for the Order to the Buyer by the same method by which it was paid.

6.3. The Seller may change the price of the Goods on the Website unilaterally. The price of Goods already ordered by the Buyer does not change. The offer to conclude an agreement for specific Goods is valid while the goods are listed on the Seller's website, provided that the goods are in stock in the Seller's warehouse.

6.4. The Buyer may pay by the following methods:

  • online payment via internet acquiring to the Seller's settlement account; SBP (Faster Payments System).
  • for Buyers outside Russia: payment in Russian rubles by bank card, including cards issued outside Russia, via the Robokassa payment service.

6.5. Specifics of paying for the Goods by bank card:

1) in accordance with Regulation of the Bank of Russia No. 266-P of December 24, 2004 “On the Issue of Payment Cards and on Transactions Made Using Payment Cards”, bank card transactions are performed by the cardholder or a person authorized by the cardholder;
2) bank card transactions are authorized by the bank. If the bank has reason to believe that a transaction is fraudulent, the bank may refuse to carry it out. Fraudulent transactions with bank cards fall under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation;
3) to prevent unlawful use of bank cards, the Seller checks all Orders placed on the Website and prepaid by bank card.

6.6. The Seller may provide discounts on the Goods and establish a bonus program. The types of discounts and bonuses and the procedure and terms for their accrual are determined by the Seller independently and are published on the Website.

6.7. If, after a discount or bonus is applied, the recalculated price of the Seller's Goods includes kopecks, the price is rounded down to a multiple of 1 (one) ruble.

6.8. During marketing campaigns that involve enclosing items in shipments with the Buyer's Order, delivery of such enclosures is at the Buyer's expense. To opt out of an enclosure, the Buyer should contact the Seller through the “Contact” section.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1. Goods sold by the Seller are returned on the following terms.

7.2. Goods that do not suit the Buyer in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration may be exchanged within the exchange period: 14 days (for purchases in a physical store), not counting the day of purchase, or 14 days (for purchases in the online store) from the day the Goods are received.

7.3. Goods may be returned or exchanged if their original condition (packaging, seals, tags) and consumer properties are preserved, the goods are complete, and there is a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase (a sales receipt or cash receipt).

7.4. Return of non-defective Goods:

7.4.1. The Buyer may refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving them, and after receiving the Goods — within 14 (fourteen) days in a retail store and within 14 days (online store) from the day the goods are received, except for Goods made to order according to a creative brief approved by the Buyer. Non-defective Goods may be returned if their original condition and consumer properties are preserved.

7.4.2. If the Buyer refuses the Goods, the Seller refunds the cost of the returned Goods, less the Seller's expenses for delivering the Goods returned by the Buyer, within 10 (ten) days from the date the returned Goods arrive at the Seller's warehouse.

7.4.3. If, at the time of the Buyer's request, similar goods are not available for sale from the Seller, the Buyer may withdraw from this Public Offer and demand a refund of the amount paid for such Goods. The Seller must refund the amount paid for the returned Goods within 10 (ten) days from the day the Goods arrive at the Seller's warehouse.

7.4.4. To return non-defective Goods (including for an exchange), the Buyer undertakes to pack the Goods carefully (with all components and the full set of accessories listed in the technical documentation for the Goods) and to enclose the return form.

7.5. Return of defective Goods:

7.5.1. Defective Goods are Goods that are faulty and cannot perform their functions. The Goods received must match the description on the Website. A difference in design or finishing elements from the description on the Website is not a sign of a defect.

7.5.2. The Buyer or the Recipient of the Order must check the appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as the completeness of the entire Order, at the time of delivery.

7.5.3. Upon delivery of the Goods, the Buyer signs the delivery receipt in the field “Order received, complete, no claims regarding the quantity and appearance of the goods”, or another similar document of the Seller in the field confirming that the Buyer has no claims regarding the completeness, quantity and quality of the Goods. After the Order is received, claims regarding external defects of the goods, their quantity, completeness and original condition are not accepted.

7.5.4. If the Buyer received defective Goods and the Seller did not agree otherwise in advance, the Buyer may exercise the rights set out in Article 18 “Consumer Rights upon Discovery of Defects in Goods” of Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992 “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

7.5.5. Demands for a refund of the amount paid for the Goods are satisfied within 10 (ten) days from the day the demand is made (Article 22 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”).

7.5.6. Refunds are made by returning the cost of the paid Goods by the method used to pay for the Goods when ordering.

7.5.7. Methods of returning the Goods:

  • through a retail store;
  • by carrier or postal service, at the Buyer's choice. The Buyer sends the returned goods as a parcel with declared value, without cash on delivery. Parcels sent cash on delivery are not accepted for return. A completed refund request must be enclosed in the parcel.
