Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide from Russia by Russian Post. At checkout this option is called Worldwide shipping.

Shipping costs 1,500 ₽ (about $18) to any country outside Russia and the CIS. For CIS countries, we quote shipping individually.

Please enter your name and full address in Latin letters — street, building, apartment, city, region, postal code and country — and a phone number with the country code.

Delivery times

We pack your order within 1–7 days. Delivery time depends on the destination country and customs.

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties, taxes and fees in the recipient’s country are not included in the order and shipping price — they are paid by the recipient.

Payment

All orders are placed and paid in Russian rubles. The amount in US dollars marked “≈” is approximate: the final amount in your currency depends on your bank.

You can pay by bank card via Robokassa. It accepts cards issued in Russia, the CIS and Eurasia.

Thank you for supporting our independent brand! Because we design and handcraft our apparel in our workshop in Eurasia, we are able to ship our unique pieces worldwide.

To keep our prices fair and shipping rates low for everyone, please review our international return policy before placing your order:

  • All International Sales are Final: Due to high international shipping costs, complex customs clearance, and transit times, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges back to our main workshop.
  • Our “Perfect Fit” Guarantee: We want you to love your new piece! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you experience a major sizing issue, please do not worry about expensive return shipping fees. Simply contact our support team at info@mwzr.ru or Instagram DM within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
  • How We Solve Sizing or Quality Issues: If there is a genuine mistake with your order, we will work with you to make it right—this includes offering a heavy discount on a replacement item in the correct size, a partial refund, or sending a replacement directly to your door without requiring you to mail anything back.

How to Prevent Sizing Issues:
Because we do not take physical returns, we highly recommend checking our Size Chart before purchasing. If you are between sizes or unsure about the waist, hips, or length measurements, please send us a message! We are happy to help you pick the absolute perfect fit before we ship.
