Care instructions

Black items:

— Wash only with laundry pods or liquid detergent

— Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30 °C (86 °F), with the lowest spin setting

— Wash with black items only

— Warm items can be tumble dried on a suitable setting

— Air dry summer items made of natural fabrics in a well-ventilated room or outdoors, away from direct sunlight

Colored items:

— Wash only with laundry pods or liquid detergent

— Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at 30 °C (86 °F), no spin

— Do not soak, bleach, or boil

— Do not wash with items that may bleed color

— Air dry summer items made of natural fabrics in a well-ventilated room or outdoors, away from direct sunlight

— Iron inside out through a thin cloth or gauze at up to 110 °C (230 °F)

Question Can I try items on?
Answer

  • Yes, fittings are by appointment. Our pickup point with a fitting room is at 13 Volkov Pereulok, Bldg. 1, 3rd floor, office 11, Moscow. You can try on the pieces you like and see the whole range before you buy, on weekdays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Question How long does delivery take?
Answer

It depends on the carrier and on how far the destination is from Moscow. Within Russia, CDEK parcels usually arrive within 1–7 business days of dispatch. Yandex delivers within Russia in 2–14 days. Within Moscow, Yandex takes 1–3 days, and our courier delivers on the day of dispatch.
